I have been invited to a friends Halloween Party tomorrow night and I found a cute idea for cupcakes online. However, I ordered the paper straws to arrive today from a seller on Amazon, and they have them scheduled to arrive on Monday - Too late!! So this is the best we could do with what I have laying around my home!!
